"Best university experience in Central Asia — completely tuition-free"
Manas is phenomenal. You pay virtually 0 som for world-class education funded jointly by Kyrgyzstan and Turkey. The campus at Djal is massive with football fields, tennis courts, modern laboratories, and a dining hall where a complete hot 3-course lunch costs under $1. Instruction is in Turkish, Kyrgyz, and English. Highly recommend preparing for the KTMU entrance test.

Pros: 100% free tuition, world-class labs, free high-speed campus Wi-Fi, diploma recognized throughout Europe and Turkey.
